Cliftonville Ladies are pleased to announce that Katie Markey has signed her first professional contract with the Club.

A graduate of our Academy, the 17-year-old Oldpark girl has been with the Reds her entire footballing life and, having risen through the ranks of various underage sides, represented the senior team in the Champions League last season.

Delighted with her progress in recent years, boss John McGrady looks forward to the impact Katie can make on Cliftonville’s forthcoming Sports Direct Women’s Premiership campaign.
