The month ahead: August

Cliftonville face five Sports Direct Premiership fixtures in the coming month – with the countdown to the new season clicking into gear following this evening’s friendly with Warrenpoint Town.

The Reds’ League programme commences when Glenavon visit Solitude on Saturday, August 12 before a midweek encounter with Newry City marks the first away day of the campaign.

Cliftonville host Carrick Rangers on the 19th and travel to face Linfield three days later ahead of welcoming Larne on Saturday, August 26 – so be sure to add all of those dates to your diary as Cliftonville continue preparations for the start of the 2023/24 season.
