Plenty Mor to come

Fi Morgan made her senior Northern Ireland debut in this evening’s friendly with Scotland.

The 19-year-old, who was introduced for the final three minutes of the 3-0 defeat at Dens Park, was one of four Cliftonville players involved in the contest.

International captain Marissa Callaghan, Caitlin McGuinness and Danielle Maxwell were likewise utilised from the bench, with Reds team-mates Rachael Norney and Kelsie Burrows unused substitutes.

Maxwell and Morgan both went close to netting consolation goals for the visitors, whose attentions now turn to Tuesday’s friendly in Czechia.
