Assistant Manager Declan O’Hara has credited the Cliftonville squad’s application throughout what he admits was a challenging pre-season programme.

In addition to contesting seven friendly matches over the last four weeks, the players have also been involved in gym work and boxing classes in the build-up to the new Danske Bank Premiership campaign.

The Reds kick off with a home tie against Carrick Rangers on Saturday and we’re beginning our countdown with the launch of the Club’s new Official YouTube Channel where, in addition to O’Hara’s update on the squad’s preparations, we’ve also uploaded a number of previously published videos as part of an ongoing enhancement of our Social Media portfolio.
