Play your Shamrock role

Cliftonville return to action against familiar foes when they travel to Shamrock Park for a BetMcLean Cup first round tie with Portadown tomorrow night.

The sides’ third meeting in seven weeks and second in four days will see the Reds bid to return to winning ways after suffering a harsh defeat to the Ports on Saturday evening.

Tickets for the occasion – which are priced at £15 for Adults, £10 for Concessions and £5 for Under-12s – are on General Sale and, as ever, we’d love to have a vociferous travelling support behind the team as we set out on our first steps of a competition that has yielded so many positive memories over the years.

Tickets are also available for both of Cliftonville’s subsequent two fixtures in the Boyle Sports Premiership, with Saturday’s Stangmore Park encounter with Dungannon Swifts being followed up by a home game against Carrick Rangers on October 31.
