After beginning his senior career with Kansan side Kaw Valley in his native United States, Eric won the Estonian Cup with Narva Trans in 2019 prior to joining Zalaegerszeg in the Hungarian top flight.
Brief stints with Maltese Premier League side Balzan and Shabab Al-Aqaba of Jordan preceded a switch to Finn Harps in the League of Ireland Premier Division, where he proved a popular figure ahead of a move to Sandvikens in March 2023, with Cliftonville welcoming him back to Ireland during the January 2025 transfer window.
