Cliftonville Ladies capped a fine week with eight different scorers on target in a comprehensive victory over Larne Women in this evening’s Sports Direct Women’s Premiership clash.

The Reds, who pulled five points clear at the top of the table with a comeback win against Glentoran Women at Solitude, were four to the good at the interval thanks to Toni-Leigh Finnegan, Lucy Kelly, Aoibhe O’Neill and Charlotte Havern all finding the net.

The goals continued to flow at Larne Academy of Sport after the break as Kirsty McGuinness, Louise McDaniel, Victoria Carleton (pictured) and Lydia Thompson got their names on the scoresheet to fortify Cliftonville’s advantage at the summit.
