Cliftonville Ladies’ County Antrim Cup opener with Wellington Rec Women has been cancelled.

The Reds had been due to begin their defence of the trophy at Solitude tomorrow night but their opponents’ withdrawal from the competition means John McGrady’s side have instead been a handed a bye to the next round.

Cliftonville’s next game is, therefore, Saturday’s Avenir Sports All-Island Cup tussle with Cork City at Turners Cross.
