Cliftonville Ladies suffered a heavy defeat in this evening’s Avenir Sports All-Island Cup Group B clash with Wexford.

Ceola Bergin’s double put the hosts in control at Ferrycarrig Park, where Ellen Molloy made it 3-0 before half-time.

Bergin completed her hat-trick on 68 minutes and, after Emily Corbet had struck Wexford’s fifth, the same player wrapped up the day’s scoring with her second of the game in injury-time.
