Goalden girl Maxwell strikes again

Danielle Maxwell was back on the international scoresheet in Northern Ireland Women’s UEFA Nations League victory over Albania this evening.

Goals from Simone Magill either side of half-time put the visitors in control in Tirana, where Cliftonville Ladies captain Marissa Callaghan was also in the starting XI.

Maxwell made it 3-0 just before the hour ahead of Megan Bell hitting the fourth for Northern Ireland, for whom Reds pair Rachael Norney and Abbie Magee were unused substitutes.
