Clean start

Supporters interested in helping spruce Solitude up in the countdown to the 2023/24 season will be made most welcome if they can report for duty tomorrow morning.

Between 10am and 2pm, a group of dedicated fans will start preparations and would be delighted with any assistance they receive in cleaning seats, picking up litter, weeding, sweeping and a number of other tasks designed to get the ground in the best possible shape for the forthcoming campaign.

If you’re able to spare an hour or two before heading to tomorrow’s pre-season friendly with Ballyclare Comrades, any help would be gratefully appreciated – and there might even be a pint, soft drink or a cup of tea waiting for you in the Social Club afterwards.
