Three Cliftonville players were involved in Northern Ireland Women’s Under-19s Euro 2023 qualifying engagements in Poland over the course of the last week.

Rachael Norney and Grace McKimm both started last Tuesday’s defeat to France at the Swarzedz Stadium, where Reds team-mate Erin Montgomery was introduced as a substitute.

On Friday, meanwhile, Montgomery was the only one of the Solitude trio to play in a narrow reverse against the Republic of Ireland at the same venue, while yesterday saw Norney and McKimm restored to the line-up for the Plewiska Stadium loss to the host nation, against whom Montgomery again featured from the bench.
