It’s been another busy week of action for youngsters at Solitude as the second phase of the Cliftonville Summer Camp made way for the for the conclusion of the current fonaCAB Development League programme.

From Monday to Friday, boys and girls of various ages were only too pleased to brave the unfavourable weather conditions and hone their talents under the expert guidance of our dedicated coaching team, with games and prizes providing hours of exciting entertainment on our plush new pitch.

Yesterday was, meanwhile, medal presentation day in the fonaCAB Development League as participants picked up rewards for their many weeks of hard work – but it won’t be long until the action returns as the 2015/16 Girls programme kicks off in just a few days.

Our thanks go to all the kids who made both occasions such a success, not to mention the parents who dutifully dropped their sons and daughters off each day, while we also extend gratitude to our Head of Youth Development, Marc Smyth, his staff and sponsors fonaCAB for staging such a wonderful experience on the youngsters’ behalf.
