Cliftonville will host Newington in a pre-season friendly this coming Saturday, September 19 (3pm), when we will be delighted to welcome fans to Solitude for the first time in 210 days.

This will be an all-ticket fixture and, as part of the conditions for allowing spectators into the ground, we are required to have a track and trace process in place.

In order to capture the necessary data and to ensure the safety of all, match tickets – as well as Season Tickets, which will soon be available – will only be sold through our online ticket portal.

We understand that, in previous seasons, some of our supporters have not used the online system, however this will be the only option going forward.

An email has been sent to all Members and 2019/20 Season Ticket holders for whom we held an email address, advising them to ensure that their profiles on our ticket system are up to date.

If you are a Member or 2019/20 Season Ticket holder who did not receive an email and have not previously used the online system, please email tickets@cliftonvillefc.net and your login details will be sent to you. Please do not create a new account.

Though we will prioritise ticket sales, we will not be able to accommodate everyone due to the restrictions that are in place and tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

As most of you will be aware, the number of spectators at sporting events has been severely restricted and, while we hope to see that increasing in time, we are limiting our numbers at this weekend’s test event to ensure that the measures we are putting in place at Solitude are satisfactory.

Priority ticket sales for Saturday’s game with Newington will therefore be given to Members, then 2019/20 Season Ticket holders before a General Sale, subject to availability.

Tickets will go on sale to Club Members at 7pm this evening, while 2019/20 Season Ticket holders can make their purchases as of 7pm tomorrow, September 17. Should there be any remaining tickets, a further announcement as to when these may be bought will be made.

Tickets are priced at £6 and £4 and are specific to the seating area selected. Only one ticket per person may be purchased.

Spectator arrangements
Additional measures will be in place for all games including temperature taking, sanitising points and spectator movement controls. The co-operation and understanding of all in attendance will be greatly appreciated.
