Cliftonville Football Club’s first Matchday Lunch of the season took place ahead of Saturday’s Danske Bank Premiership victory over Ards.

As well as enjoying a two-course meal with wine at Cliftonville Bowling Club, attendees were welcomed by Reds Chairman Gerard Lawlor before Guest of Honour Peter Murray regaled the sold-out room with typically candid and riotous tales from his time as both a player and Assistant Manager with the Reds.

The Club places on record our sincere thanks to everyone involved in organising the event – including Supporters Liaison Officer Michael Hegney and, of course, our special guest Minto – and indeed to those who graced us with their attendance and we look forward to your company at our next Matchday Lunch later in the campaign.
