Saturday’s Danske Bank Premiership opener with Ards saw our Matchday Magazine return with a slick new design – which was met with instant approval from our supporters.

Indeed, such was the popularity of The Red Eye’s first issue of the season that the entire run was sold out, with many fans unfortunately unable to add to their own personal collections. The Club can, however, confirm that a limited number of reprints will soon be on sale and that, subject to availability, copies can be secured by emailing stephen@188.166.149.59 – but be sure to act fast or risk missing out again.

Featuring Barry Gray’s maiden column as Cliftonville Manager and a heartfelt dedication to the late Dessie Kirkwood, this edition also carries a half-century trip down memory lane and the return of Red Arnie’s half-time challenge.
