Merry Christmas

Cliftonville Football Club wishes all of our supporters, players, coaches and staff a very Merry Christmas.

It’s at this time of year in particular that we also take time to remember those members of the Red Army who are no longer with us and place on record our most sincere thanks to all of the individuals, groups and parties who have lent us their valuable assistance on various projects, schemes and behind-the-scenes work throughout 2017, including those who volunteered their services at The Reds Shop throughout a busy December.

“The festive season is a time for family and reflection and, while 2017 has been a challenging time both on and off the pitch for us, I feel we have overcome those challenges and are in a better position for some of them,” says Chairman Gerard Lawlor.

“What makes Cliftonville special to me is the people and the spirit, and I offer thanks for the great deal of hard work by a number of people – the Management Committee, the Manager, our coaches, the players but, above all, the many volunteers who work hard each day to keep the Club developing and operational.

“I’m sure we’ll continue our hunger to keep pushing onwards as the Club looks to achieve success in 2018. To the Cliftonville family around the world, may you all have a joyful and peaceful Christmas and a very Happy and successful New Year.”
