Liam McStravick marked his first appearance of Cliftonville’s pre-season programme with a goal in this afternoon’s Solitude friendly with Alvechurch.

Introduced from the bench just past the hour, the substitute equalised 11 minutes from time after Miracle Okafor had put the visitors in front early in the second-half.

The Reds had threatened through Rhyss Campbell and Brian Healy in the opening period and looked set to emerge with a share of the friendly spoils until deep into injury-time when, following a succession of corners, Jack Kelly headed in from close range.
