Louise McDaniel rattled in a hat-trick to help Cliftonville Ladies to an emphatic victory over Lisburn Ladies this evening.

She opened the scoring after just seven minutes at Bluebell Stadium, where Danielle Maxwell made it 2-0 before McDaniel added a third on the stroke of half-time.

The treble was complete when the midfield ace further extended the Reds’ advantage nine minutes after the interval ahead of an own goal taking Cliftonville’s tally to five.

Caitlin McGuinness continued her own fine of form when she got on the scoresheet 10 minutes from time, with sister Kirsty completing things in injury-time as Brendan Lynch’s side collected three points to climb to the top of the Sports Direct Women’s Premiership.
