Par of good
Five Cliftonville players have been called up to the Northern Ireland squad that will compete in an Under-16 Girls Development Cup competition in Paraguay next month.
Anayah Lee, Autumn Edgar, Charley McMullan, Abigail Curley and Ellie Tohill are all part of the panel selected by Manager Danielle McDowell Tuffey.
A joint initiative between UEFA and CONMEBOL, the tournament will see Northern Ireland face the host nation on Monday, June 1 before taking on Puerto Rico two days later.
All three of the team’s matches will be played at CONMEBOL’s Headquarters in Luque (pictured), with NI’s concluding fixture coming against Chile on Saturday, June 6.
Everyone at Solitude wishes the Reds’ five representatives well for what promises to be an unforgettable experience.
