Huge congratulations to Cliftonville’s Under-16s, who were crowned Academy League Champions at Solitude last night.

Hot on the heels of our Strollers team winning the Under-18 title, the even Wee-er Reds clinched a memorable last-day success with a convincing victory over Warrenpoint Town.

Needing three points to climb above fellow hopefuls Glentoran, Cliftonville romped to an 8-1 success to ensure that, while they finished level with the Glens on 71 points, their staggering +82 goal difference was better by 25.

All at the Club commend everyone involved in this triumph, from dedicated coaching staff Darren Donnelly, George McMullan, Les McCrory and Shea Gordon to a hard-working group of players, as well as their proud parents and families for the roles they have played in this journey.
