Make your statement
Cliftonville Football Club are pleased to back the NI Football League’s call for fans to wear their Statement Shirts this week in support of Action Mental Health.
This Thursday marks World Mental Health Day and NIFL is encouraging supporters from all Clubs to start the conversation and break the stigma of mental health through the nostalgia of your favourite old jerseys.
To show their backing for the campaign, Reds fans are encouraged to wear their favourite retro or classic Irish League shirt to work, at home, at this evening’s BetMcLean Cup first round meeting with Coagh United or Sunday’s Women’s Premiership showdown between Cliftonville Ladies and Glentoran Women.
Dedicated photographers will be attending both matches, while supporters can also send pictures of their favourite jerseys to NIFL’s social media accounts, who will be sharing the best photos and the best shirts throughout the week.
