Cliftonville Ladies will make a belated start to their defence of the Boyle Sports Women’s Cup when they face Derry City Women on Friday evening.

With last week’s Group B opener against Larne postponed due to international call-ups, Brendan Lynch’s side will instead kick their domestic campaign off against the Candystripes.

As the Reds bid to claim the trophy for a fourth year in a row, supporters are advised that Friday’s encounter – which will get under way at 7.45pm – will be played at Moyola Park’s Mill Meadow home in Castledawson.
