Academy’s May Day call

Mark Day Day in your calendars as Cliftonville’s Academy teams go in search of silverware on multiple fronts.

The Reds’ Under-16s, Under-15s, Under-14s and Under-12s have all reached their respective NI Youth Cup Finals, which will be contested on Monday, May 4.

Our Under-16 side booked their place in the decider with a 4-2 victory over Newry City, while our Under-15s saw off North Belfast Derby rivals Crusaders 1-0 in their semi-final.

The Under-14s recorded a 2-0 win against Dungannon Swifts and, following a 1-1 draw, our Under-12 team overcame Linfield in a penalty shootout.

Our congratulations go to all of the players and coaches involved across the various age groups, with full details on all upcoming Finals to be confirmed in the weeks ahead.
