Caitlin McGuinness scored twice to send Cliftonville Ladies through to a fourth consecutive VBet League Cup Final courtesy of victory over Lisburn Ladies at Solitude this evening.

Already boasting six points from their previous two outings in Group A, the Reds set about their task early on and broke the deadlock through McGuinness after just six minutes.

The same player doubled Cliftonville’s advantage midway through the first-half before a 63rd minute finish from Marissa Callaghan put the seal on the win as the holders progressed to meet Glentoran Women in next month’s decider.
