Wil and good

Cliftonville Football Club are delighted to announce that Harry Wilson has signed a contract extension.

The 21-year-old midfielder, who joined the Reds earlier this season following a spell with Fleetwood Town, has made 15 appearances for the Club since his debut in December’s BetMcLean Cup quarter-final victory over Armagh City.

A former Northern Ireland underage international, Harry – who featured in Glentoran’s Academy set-up before making the move to Fleetwood in 2020 – also enjoyed a loan stint with FC United of Manchester in the 2021/22 season and, having played his part in Cliftonville’s BetMcLean Cup success this term, supporters will no doubt mirror Chairman Kieran Harding and Manager Jim Magilton’s happiness at securing his services for an extended period.
