Supporters update

Cliftonville Football Club thanks our supporters for the magnificent vocal encouragement you have shown at matches throughout this season, most recently during Tuesday’s dramatic BetMcLean Cup semi-final victory over Larne at Inver Park.

We are, however, compelled to remind fans of our Code of Conduct as, unfortunately, exclamations by some spectators at recent matches has led to disciplinary sanctions being imposed by the Irish Football Association, including a £1000 fine for comments conveyed by a single individual.

We understand that football can be very emotional, but there are boundaries to what people can express without causing deep offence to others, be they players, match officials or indeed other supporters. We ask that all members of the Red Army remain mindful of this at all times and thank you once again for your tremendous support.

Tickets for tomorrow’s Sports Direct Premiership fixture with Loughgall at Solitude remain available online, with Members and Season Ticket holders reminded that their passes are valid for this match.
