Irish Cup winners Cliftonville travel to Inver Park to face Sports Direct Premiership Champions Larne in a new season curtain-raiser that will form a vital part of both sides’ European preparations as well as raising welcome funds for a very worthy cause.

The Reds have lifted the Charity Shield on two prior occasions, with a 1-0 victory over Glentoran in 1998 followed up some 16 years later when Ballymena United were defeated in a penalty shootout at Solitude, and tickets for this latest occasion – which are available online – are priced at £10 for Adults and £5 for Concessions.
