Braced for the defence

Cliftonville Ladies will begin their defence of the Women’s Premiership League Cup against Lisburn Ladies on Friday night.

Having started their campaign with a 1-1 draw with Shelbourne in the Avenir Sports All-Island Cup last month, John McGrady’s side return to domestic action at Bluebell Stadium, where kick-off is set for 7.45pm.

Don’t forget, meanwhile, that @CvilleLadies is the new home of our Ladies team on Twitter.

As the season progresses, so too will this latest platform develop with specifically-tailored content for our Ladies and Girls sides, who will of course also continue to be represented on the main Club account, @cliftonvillefc.
