Big name addition

Cliftonville Football Club are very grateful to the Tommy Breslin North Belfast Reds CSC for their generous Match Sponsorship of Saturday’s Sports Direct Premiership encounter with Glenavon.

The occasion was commemorated with the unveiling of the NBR’s new flag which, in turn, represented their official adoption of legendary former Reds Manager’s name.

North Belfast Reds was formed in 2007 and have been based in Cassidy’s Bar ever since. Fully affiliated to Ireland’s Oldest Football Club, it was recently decided to change the Club’s name in honour of the late, great Tommy Breslin.

The Tommy Breslin North Belfast Reds, as they are now known, are furthermore delighted to announce that Tommy’s great friend Peter Murray has accepted the role of Honorary Vice President.

Saturday’s game with the Lurgan Blues also saw Padraig Kane return as Matchball Sponsor and we similarly place on record our thanks for his continued support.

Cliftonville FC are likewise appreciative of our Matchday Partners for tomorrow night’s sold-out battle with Linfield, for which Jim Boyce has signed up as Match Sponsor alongside young Cade Tobin being assigned Matchball Sponsor for what will be his first ever Reds game.

Supporters are, meanwhile, reminded that further sponsorship opportunities remain available at homes games throughout the rest of the season, with additional information obtainable by emailing commercial@cliftonvillefc.net.
