Ronans Hale and Doherty were on the scoresheet as Cliftonville got the better of Ballymena United at Solitude this afternoon.

Ahead through Hale’s first-half penalty, the Reds extended their advantage when Hale cut inside and sneaked the ball over the line before Doherty claimed the goal of the day with a curling strike that nestled in the top corner.
