Cliftonville Football Club are pleased to confirm that agreement has been reached with St Patrick’s Athletic for David Odumosu to remain at Solitude for the rest of the season.

The on loan goalkeeper has kept 10 clean sheets in 22 appearances for the Reds since arriving from the Inchicore outfit in the summer, with boss Jim Magilton delighted to have secured his services for the remainder of the campaign, subject to recall during the Transfer Window.

David began his career with hometown side Dundalk and was part of the Drogheda United side that won the Airtricity League First Division title in 2020, when his performances saw him nominated for the SSE Airtricity/Soccer Writers Ireland Goalkeeper of the Year award.

A Republic of Ireland Under-20 international, who has also been a recent inclusion in Under-21 squads, Odumosu played Premier Division football for the Drogs before joining St Pat’s in 2021 ahead of commencing a loan spell with the Reds at the start of this season.
