A Swift amendment

Derry City Women’s withdrawal from the Avenir Sports All-Island Cup means Cliftonville Ladies’ Group C campaign will now begin with a home tie against Sion Swifts Ladies next Saturday evening (5.30pm).

Prior to that, however, the Reds will travel to Lisburn Rangers for a County Antrim Cup semi-final tie tomorrow night.

After hosting Sion, John McGrady’s side host Glentoran Women in the quarter-finals of the Women’s Premiership League Cup before returning to All-Island Cup duty with an away game against Bohemians  on Saturday, June 24.

A North Belfast Derby duel with Crusaders Strikers at Seaview on June 28 represents Cliftonville’s only remaining Sports Direct Women’s Premiership outing this month and, following the Women’s Champions League draw on June 30, the Reds complete their Avenir Sports All-Island Cup Group C schedule in a Solitude showdown with Sligo Rovers on Saturday, July 1.
