Cliftonville Ladies got their Sports Direct Women’s Premiership title defence off to the perfect start when Linfield Women were swept aside at Solitude this afternoon.

Captain Marissa Callaghan netted either side of Kirsty McGuinness’ finish to ensure three points for the Champions on the opening weekend.
