Ives undergoes surgery

Cliftonville Football Club extends best wishes to Levi Ives as he begins his recuperation following surgery at the weekend.

The 25-year-old defender, who has made 229 appearances for the Reds since joining in 2015, underwent an operation to correct a broken metatarsal sustained during a training session last month.

Having come through a similar injury on his other foot in recent years, everyone at Solitude is in no doubt that Levi will return better than ever and we look forward to welcoming him back to action later this season.
