Two’s company

This afternoon’s results in the Danske Bank Premiership saw two additional matches confirmed for Cliftonville’s post-split schedule.

With an away game against Glentoran and home tie with Linfield already established for the closing weeks of the season, today’s outcomes provided mathematical guarantees of Crusaders’ and Larne’s places in the top six, meaning the Reds will also be factoring in a trip to Seaview as well as a Solitude showdown with the Invermen.

The one remaining slot in the top half of the table will be won by either Ballymena United, Coleraine or Glenavon, with the division’s two-way split taking effect following the 33rd round of fixtures on Saturday, March 26.
