Get your timing right
Cliftonville supporters attending tomorrow’s League Cup Final are strongly encouraged to set off in good time for kick-off.
Turnstiles will be open from 1.30pm and, with in excess of 10,000 spectators – most of whom will be approaching from the same direction – descending upon Windsor Park for the occasion, traffic in the area is expected to be very heavy ahead of the game and all Reds fans are asked to factor this into their own personal schedules with the general advice being to depart earlier than you usually would for a match at the venue.
The Red Army, who will be located in both tiers of the North Stand as well as the Kop, should approach the ground via the Boucher Road’s Windsor Way entrance and are kindly requested to have tickets ready for scanning as they reach the turnstiles relevant to their stand.
Cliftonville Football Club takes this opportunity to remind all ticket-holders that the use of smoke bombs, flares or pyrotechnics of any kind is strictly prohibited inside Windsor Park and can lead to prosecution, with significant sanctions and fines also placed on our Club, with all supporters asked to familiarise themselves with the Irish Football Association’s Spectator Behaviour Protocol before attending the game.
