Cliftonville will face Carrick Rangers in the second round of the Samuel Gelston’s Whiskey Irish Cup.

The Reds booked their place in this evening’s draw courtesy of their 5-0 victory over Islandmagee at Solitude this afternoon and will now take on the Gers – who got the better of Ballyclare Comrades in their own first round tie – in a fixture scheduled to be played at Loughview Leisure Arena on Saturday, February 5.
