Glentoran Women 6-0 Cliftonville Ladies

Cliftonville Ladies crashed to a heavy defeat to Glentoran Women in this evening’s County Antrim Cup first round clash.

Despite enjoying the better of the play in the opening 45 minutes at Ashfield Boys School, the Reds found themselves trailing to goals from Alison McMaster and Jessica Foy at the interval.

Things would deteriorate further in the second-half, with Nadene Caldwell, Danielle Maxwell and a Kerry Beattie double earning a 6-0 victory for the hosts.
