Duo’s Euro mission

Two Cliftonville players have been named in the Northern Ireland Women’s squad for the upcoming Euro 2022 qualifiers with Belarus and the Faroe Islands.

Toni Leigh Finnegan and Marissa Callaghan have both been selected by Kenny Shiels for the encounters, which will be played at Seaview next Friday, November 27 and Tuesday, December 1, respectively.

Victories in both games would earn Northern Ireland a Play-Off place for a spot at the tournament being hosted in England and everyone at Solitude naturally wishes the Reds’ representatives well for the Group C clashes.
