Just two days before facing off on the opening weekend of the new Danske Bank Premiership season, Cliftonville and Glentoran have been paired together in the semi-finals of the County Antrim Shield for the second season in a row.

This week’s victories over Knockbreda and Dundela earned the Reds’ place in the last-four, where their defence of the silverware will continue against the Glens – who overcame Bangor and Ards in their own first round and quarter-final ties – at Solitude on Tuesday, November 3.
