Members ticket collections

Club Members and Life Members are advised that their admission cards for the 2020/21 season can be collected from Solitude tomorrow night.

Though all Members and Life Members have the option of downloading or printing their QR code (which can be found by accessing My Account > My Tickets on our online portal), those who would prefer a credit card-sized hard copy of their ticket will be able to pick it up from the turnstiles on Cliftonville Street between 7-8pm tomorrow.

Those Members and Life Members who are content to make use of their downloadable tickets are kindly requested not to simply take a picture of their QR code as this may lead to distortion which can cause difficulties with our scanning devices at the point of entry.

When will my Members or Life Members Ticket be available for collection?
You can pick a credit card-sized hard copy of your ticket up from the turnstiles on Cliftonville Street between 7-8pm on Friday, October 16.

Do I have to have a credit card-sized hard copy of my ticket?
No, it is an option provided for those supporters who would prefer one.

Can I simply present a downloaded/ printed QR code on matchdays?
Yes. Your ticket for the 2020/21 season can be found by visiting My Account > My Tickets on our online portal.

Can I use my phone to take a photo of my QR code?
No. Taking a photo of your QR code may lead to distortion which can cause difficulties with our scanning devices.

What if I’m having trouble accessing my QR code online?
Please email details of your difficulties to tickets@cliftonvillefc.net and we will endeavour to assist as soon as possible.
