Join the Coffeesation

This Organ Donation Week, Cliftonville Football Club are proud to support the #Coffeesation initiative launched by the parents of young Reds fan Dáithí Mac Gabhann.

A familiar face at Solitude, Dáithí was born with a condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and had his first open heart surgery at just four days old.

In January 2018, his parents, Máirtín and Seph, were informed that transplant was his only chance and Dáithí has now been on the waiting list for the gift of a new heart for over two years, during which time their hugely productive Donate4Dáithí campaign has created significant awareness throughout the country.

This week, they are asking families around the UK and Ireland to share their wishes with loved ones about organ donation through virtual Coffee Mornings – and you can get involved in the Coffeesation by sending your picture to them on Facebook, Twitter or by emailing info@donate4daithi.org.
