Today marks 200 days since Cliftonville’s last game Solitude – a 1-1 draw with Ballymena United that saw Joe Gormley cancel out the visitors’ first-half opener.

The stalemate was just the Reds’ second at home last term, with 15 wins and five defeats recorded from 22 outings stretching all the way back to the 4-0 victory over Barry Town United in the Europa League Preliminary Round on July 4.

To mark a century of days since Paddy McLaughlin’s side were last in action in BT14, we called on the Red Army to illuminate social media by perusing their cameras and phones to find #MyLastPictureAtSolitude – which, as the tagline suggests, was the most recent image they had captured at our famous home.

Many seemed insignificant or trivial at the time but, given none of us knew what lay in store across the weeks and months that would unfold in front of us, those pictures have been elevated above mere keepsakes as we jointly long for the day we’re back in familiar surroundings.

A further 100 days on, we’re reflecting on a selection of those pics as we continue the countdown to Cliftonville’s competitive return to Solitude in next month’s County Antrim Shield first round tie with Knockbreda, which sits a comparatively bearable 31 days away.
