Joe Gormley’s strike in Saturday’s stalemate with Ballymena United wasn’t the only equaliser to emanate from the game.
For as well as being Cliftonville’s 491st home draw in all competitions – sitting neatly alongside the 491 draws on the road – the weekend’s Danske Bank Premiership clash also saw boss Paddy McLaughlin’s record against the Sky Blues clock in at two wins, two draws and two defeats, with seven goals scored and the same amount conceded.
The contest, which saw Garry Breen make his 100th start since joining the Reds in the summer of 2017, was also the 150th different game that Gormley has found the net in for Cliftonville and just the 32nd time the Reds have failed to win with their record scorer on target.
