Cliftonville Football Development Centre are delighted to welcome back a familiar face – and an even more familiar name.
Paddy McLaughlin has returned to the coaching set-up with the Reds’ Under 16 side, where he will work alongside Diarmuid McNeice and Ben McTaggart.
“Paddy’s enthusiasm and knowledge of players is second to none and he will be a great asset alongside two great coaches in Ben and Diarmuid,” eplains Head of Youth Development Marc Smyth.
“Three young Cliftonville players – Colin Oppong, Eoin Taggart and Aidan Steele – all secured moves to English sides this year and Paddy takes a huge amount of responsibility and credit for that due to the superb work he did at the Club in his previous spell.
“I’m very pleased to see him back and look forward to working with him again.”
