On behalf of North Belfast Advice Partnership, Cliftonville Football Club expresses gratitude to everyone who supported the weekend’s Foodbank Collection at Solitude.

Staged ahead of the Danske Bank Premiership victory over Glenavon, the occasion provided our fans with the opportunity to assist those less fortunate in our local community and, true to form, the Red Army delivered, with NBAP – who oversaw the collection – also delighted to avail of contributions from visiting supporters, Glenavon Manager Gary Hamilton and match referee Evan Boyce, supporters of other clubs, as well as donations from Linfield supporters in a reciprocal gesture following on from our own fans’ backing of a similar collection at Windsor Park last month.

Cliftonville Football Club are pleased to lend our backing to this very worthy cause and would urge our fans to make their own regular donations – no matter how big or small – to ensure that those around us who need our help can benefit from it.
