Seven up
Seven Cliftonville players have been called up to the Northern Ireland Under 15 Schoolgirls squad for the forthcoming Bob Docherty Cup.
The competition, which will run over the weekend of March 24-26, sees two NI teams compete with sides from the Republic of Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales in a group stage format before final day play-offs.
Shona Davis, Fi Morgan, Rosie Zubier, Abbie McHenry and Roise Thompson have been selected for Northern Ireland A, while Reds team mates Rachael Norney and Erin Montgomery will feature for the B team.
In addition to wishing all of the girls luck, Cliftonville Football Club also extends congratulations to our former Football Development Centre goalkeeper Conor Hazard – currently on loan at Falkirk from Celtic – on being called up to the senior Northern Ireland squad for the March 24 friendly with South Korea.
