Cliftonville FC are proud to announce details of a prestigious honour that has been bestowed upon the Club’s Academy.

The Girls Small-Sides Games programme overseen by our dedicated coaching team has been selected as one of the best projects within the UEFA Fair Play Award scheme.

A community venture providing a sporting environment for girls of all abilities to improve their social, interactive and footballing skills, the success of the Small-Sides Games initiative has now been formally recognised by European football’s governing body, and everyone at Solitude extends congratulations and thanks to Head of Academy Marc Smyth as well as the numerous coaches whose assistance and expertise have been invaluable in expanding the programme.
