On loan from Norwich City, Sean – who joined the Canaries from St Oliver Plunkett in 2019 – signed his first professional contract with the Carrow Road side in the summer of 2021 and has been a regular feature in their Under-18 and Under-23 teams.
Having previously worked with Reds boss Jim Magilton in the underage international set-up, Stewart was called into the senior Northern Ireland squad’s four-day training camp in England last year and enjoyed a goalscoring start to life at Solitude when he found the net on his debut against Glenavon.
